As a Health Coach I guide, accompany and advise you, so that you can make positive changes in your life and fulfill your health goals. We will focus on 3 fundamental pillars for a healthy life: diet, lifestyle and physical activity.

6 week program

I recommend a minimum of 6 weeks so you can really experience a change in your life.

What does the program include?

  • 6 personalized online or face-to-face sessions (1 session per week). Each sessions lasts approximately 45 minutes
  • Gratitude journal
  • Meditation journal
  • Hydration journal
  • Weekly planner
  • Exercise routine
  • In each session I will give you 1 or 2 recommendations according to your own objectives
  • At the end of each session I will give you a document that will help you in your personal growth
  • You will be able to contact me constantly during the 6 weeks of the program

Investment

The program costs $230

The payment can be made in cash, through a bank deposit or by credit card with a payment link.
